The Tree Top Walk is a 250m long suspension bridge path between the two highest points in Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve (MacRitchie). From the bridge, you will be able to capture a bird’s eye view of the forest canopy, as well as glimpses of the 0.5% original primary rainforest and primary freshwater swamps that still remains in Singapore.
However, getting to marvel these views is no easy feat. The entire Tree Top Walk trail is roughly 4.5km from the MacRitchie Reservoir Park and 2.5km from the carpark at Venus Drive. It can take anywhere from one to two hours to complete, depending on your speed and starting point.
The terrain is also undulating, with steep slopes at certain points, which can be challenging to trek. Even though the route may have some obstacles, it still isn’t considered a tough trail to conquer for most. Moreover, the trekking involved can help improve your overall health and, best of all, make the experience with your companion well-earned.
One thing to note is that the bridge is designed to be crossed in a single direction. If you wish to take a #fitspo photo, remember to be considerate and do it quickly in order not to cause a human jam.

Also known as Little Guilin or Xiao Guilin, the Bukit Batok Town Park’s claim to fame lies in its resemblance to the famous granite rock formations in Guilin, China. Just a stone’s throw from Bukit Gombak MRT station, Little Guilin allows you to connect with nature and provides a retreat from the concrete jungle in a convenient way.
The view at Little Guilin may be unassuming, but if you appreciate the beauty of natural rock formations and can get creative with the angles on your camera, you will enjoy this one-of-a-kind view in our backyard.
While taking in this picturesque landscape, you can also consider cycling or taking a brisk walk along the lake to keep fit while exploring a different view of Singapore.

The Rain Vortex in Jewel Changi Airport is undeniably the showstopper at the new Jewel Changi Airport. Dazzling in the day, and equally mesmerising by night – the world’s tallest indoor waterfall is a sight to behold.
You can also explore other attractions and enjoy unique shopping and dining experiences, with several brands making their debuts in Singapore or offering unique experiential outlet concepts.
OOTD tip: take your OOTD shots at multiple levels to capture several different angles and find the one that flatters you the best.

Built in 1934, the Old Hill Street Police Station, now houses the Ministry of Communication and Information (MCI). Most recognisable for its 927 rainbow-hued windows that embellish its façade, the vibrant and brightly coloured exterior makes for the perfect backdrop for those who want to add some history and colour to their Instagram feeds.
The contrast between the rainbow-coloured windows against the white building also serves as a reminder that you can make life as colourful and energising as you want. Situated close to several other attractions in Singapore, the more energetic explorers can also hike Fort Canning Park or head down to the Clarke Quay to find complementary OOTD shots.
