How can I make an appointment?

STEP 1

Browse and select your preferred AQHP specialist

  • Know more about your specialist's professional experience in their profile pages
  • Find out the location of their specialist clinic(s)
See our AQHP Specialists
STEP 2

Three convenient ways to request an appointment

Upon submission of your request, we will contact you via SMS/call on the status of your appointment within 1 working day.

(For requests submitted on weekdays between 8.45am to 5.30pm, excluding public holidays.)
STEP 3

Enjoy pre-negotiated AQHP outpatient consultation rates

Simply present your AIA HealthShield e-Card (accessible via the My AIA SG app) when you register at the clinic.
Important notes
  • We will try our best to arrange an appointment with your preferred specialist within 3 working days. However, there may be times when this is only possible with an alternative specialist in the same field.
  • Consultation or treatment with any AQHP specialists does not mean that the bills will be claimable. Claims eligibility will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the AIA HealthShield Gold Max policy.
  • For AIA HealthShield Gold Max B and B Lite policy holders, should you choose to consult with AIA Quality Healthcare Partners (AQHP) or at private hospitals, all eligible expenses (except outpatient benefits) will be pro-rated. For AIA HealthShield Gold Max B policy holders only, outpatient expenses exceeding outpatient benefit limits will also be pro-rated (pro-ration factor will only be applied to the excess amount). For AIA HealthShield Gold Max C policy holders, your hospital bill will be covered up to your benefit limits and only eligible expenses under surgical benefit will be pro-rated if incurred with AQHP or in a private hospital.
  • From 15 April 2020, AIA HealthShield Pre-authorisation service will be available for all private hospitals, day surgery centres and clinics for non-emergency hospital admissions and day surgeries. It will come with a Certificate of Pre-Authorisation specifying the medical diagnosis, planned procedures and the amount covered. Items or expenses that are not covered will need to be borne by the patient.
  • Pre-negotiated AIA Quality Healthcare Partners outpatient consultation fee is not applicable at public hospitals and selected AQHPs.
