AIA Live Better Study

The State of Wellness in Singapore

Are Singapore Consumers Thriving—or Just Surviving?

The latest wave of the AIA Live Better Study reveals a nation that is increasingly aware of what it means to achieve wellness but still working to close the gap between intention and sustained action.

With a Holistic Wellness Index score of 60.3, Singapore consumers remain in the "Striving For" zone - committed to improvement, but not yet achieving optimal holistic wellness.

7 in 10 report a balanced lifestyle, yet physical fitness remains the lowest rated aspect. 1 in 2 set mental wellness goals, but few take further steps to improve their mental well-being. Similarly, while 7 in 10 set financial goals, financial stability is at its lowest - highlighting a gap between knowledge and behaviour.

The journey to holistic wellness requires consistent action, accessible support, and personalized guidance. At AIA, we're committed to helping our customers close the gap between intention and impact—empowering them to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

Physical, Mental, and Financial Wellness continue to emerge as the top priorities for most.
