What is this about?

The "Start to S.T.O.P. (Speak TO your Pharmacist)" smoking cessation program is championed by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS) Community Chapter, supporting the nationwide collaborative "I Quit" Programme to help you quit smoking and improve your health.
 
A qualified and dedicated pharmacist will walk with you through your entire quit journey, each session will be professionally customised according to your progress.

What will I get?

This 6-week programme comprises of face-to-face and telephone counselling sessions between you and an appointed "Quit Consultant", can be held at a pharmacy of your choice. Every session is professionally customised, personalised and tailored according to your pace and progress.

Earn 1,000 AIA Vitality points at the "Non Smokers Declaration" online assessment when you've quit smoking for at least 3 consecutive months and every year when you remain smoke-free!

How does it work?

Sign up here to receive a personalised quit journey, based on your lifestyle, habits and level of smoking dependence!
