Owning a condominium or private apartment comes with a unique set of demands, and the mandatory fire insurance that you have may not be enough to cover all grounds. That’s why we designed AIA CoverMax to complement your existing compulsory insurance, protecting almost everything else within your home at a low premium, so you can enjoy your home with peace of mind.
Rest easy knowing that your household contents and personal property including fixtures and fittings will be covered against a whole range of scenarios, and is extended to cover for loss of rent, accidental damage by professional movers, accidental death or theft of pedigree pets and more.
We’ll even pay you up to $3,000 to cover for your emergency hardship expenses if your apartment is unsuitable for living due to any of the unforeseen circumstances covered by this plan.
With AIA CoverMax, we’ll reimburse the cost of medical treatment incurred by you, your spouse or your children following an accident, up to your plan limit, worldwide. Moreover, you and your family members who are staying with you will be covered if you have to pay compensation for causing accidental injury, loss or property damage to a 3rd party.
If you don’t make any claims in a year, you’ll enjoy 5% off your next year’s premium amount up to 3 years in a row. And to offset rising inflation, we’ll increase your coverage by 5% annually up to 5 years in a row so you aren’t burdened with extra expenses.
