What Does It Provide?

COVERAGE FOR HOMEOWNERS AND LANDLORDS

Should any of the covered events strike, damaging your property’s fixtures, interior structures or decorations, you can receive financial support to restore your home. We’ll also compensate you for damage to your building caused by the forced entry of legal authorities such as the police, civil defence or ambulance services in the event of an emergency. If you are a landlord, we will also pay you for lost rent of up to S$52,000.
PROTECTION FOR YOUR HOME AND BEYOND

Besides coverage for your home, equally important is protection for the contents of your household and personal effects, such as appliances, furniture and personal electronics, as well as pedigree pets. We will reimburse you for damage caused by their temporary removal by professional movers, as well as the cost of alternative accommodation if you need to vacate your home while it is being restored.
PROPERTY PROTECTION ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

If you lose something, let us know. We protect you at home and abroad by offering coverage in case a covered event causes the loss of your cash and credit cards, as well as legal documents such as your passport, NRIC and driving license. We’ll also compensate you and your family for lost or damaged baggage while you’re travelling.
WORLDWIDE LIABILITY PROTECTION

We offer you coverage in case you become legally responsible for injuring someone or damaging their property, anywhere in the world.
DOUBLE THE PAYOUT SHOULD A FATAL DISASTER STRIKE

Should fire, lightning, theft or robbery sadly claim your life at home, the death benefit we pay your family will be doubled.
5-YEAR PREMIUM WAIVER

In the unfortunate event that you pass away or suffer a disability, we will waive the premium so that your family can continue to receive protection without paying a cent for the next 5 years.

The plan offers protection in the event of fire, lightning, explosion, malicious damage, vandalism, burglary, robbery, theft (evidence of forced entry not required), impact by road vehicles, impact by an aircraft or other aerial objects, riots, civil commotion, earthquakes, volcanic eruption, hurricanes, windstorm, floods and bursting of water tanks or pipes (excludes loss or damage to water tanks or pipes, loss or damage due to water discharge or leaking from any installation of automatic sprinklers)

EXCLUSIONS

There are certain exclusions, such as the deliberate / wilful act, negligence, and self-destruction, for which no benefits will be payable. Please refer to the policy contract for the full list of exclusions.

DEDUCTIBLES

There is a deductible of S$100 or 5%, whichever is higher, of the claim amount on all claims except for loss or damage due to fire, Worldwide Accident Medical Reimbursement, Worldwide Accidental Death Benefit and Double Indemnity for Accidental Death Benefit.

This is not a contract of insurance. The precise terms and conditions of this plan, including exclusions whereby the benefits under your policy may not be paid out, are specified in the policy contract. You are advised to read the policy contract.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
