What will I get?

  1. Earn 1,000 Vitality points per membership year for completing the dental assessment.

  2. Adult Dental Maintenance Package for AIA Vitality members at S$109 (inclusive of 9% GST) and this includes consultation, simple scaling, polishing and topical fluoride. Please note that an additional $19.60 (inclusive of 9% GST) is chargeable as Sterilisation and Disposable fee per visit.

Step 1

Make an appointment

 
  1. Visit the appointment booking link here and enter "AIA Vitality" in the 'Note' box found on the form
  2. The clinic will confirm the appointment via phone or email within 3 working days
  3. Please note that this AIA Vitality rate of S$109 (inclusive of 9% GST) is only applicable when the dental treatment is booked in advance by appointment.

Step 3

Submit your receipt

 
Submit your receipt via email at submissions@aiavitality.com.sg together with the following details to earn Vitality points!
 
Kindly include:
 
  • Full name
  • AIA Vitality membership number
  • Date of dental assessment submitted
Vitality points are awarded based on assessment date and you need to submit your receipt within three (3) months of assessment date in order to earn Vitality points.

Need to know

 
  • Dental treatment fees are estimates, and do not include costs of prescribed medications, examinations and products. The estimated rates above are applicable for dental healthcare services performed by general dental practitioners only, unless otherwise stated.
  • There is no limit on the number of dental assessment you can do in a year, but you will only be awarded 1,000 Vitality points once per membership year.
  • The above rates are not to be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, packages and/or privileges.
  • Vitality points will take up to seven (7) working days to reflect on your points statement after submission of your receipt.
