- Use of scientifically validated questionnaires to assess different dimensions of your sleep wellness.
- Risk assessment for common sleep disorders (insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, parasomnia, shift work sleep disorder etc).
- Computerised assessment of your alertness.
- Individual report with results and personalized recommendations for follow-up.
