That everyone in the AIA Vitality team is very fit and healthy! To be honest, I’ve never stepped into a gym before I joined AIA, and I hate greens.
That said, the AIA Vitality isn’t about running marathons, or sticking to salads. It’s about making small changes to your lifestyle, keeping up with exercise, making healthier diet choices and going for health screenings regularly. It’s never too late, so I am starting on it now.
