Fitness influencer Kayla Itsines has close to 250,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel. Her SWEAT Summer Series is a four-week challenge to get people in shape for a bikini body within a month!
Her challenge targets core muscle groups in your body, as well as allows you to sample different types of workouts. Each video lasts approximately 1.5 minutes, but don’t be fooled. There are two circuits for her workouts – a 14-minute and a 28-minute version. Kayla Itsines will be in Singapore for Fitness Fest 2018 on 19 May 2018. You’ll be able to work out and learn from her, as well as other fitness celebrities, in the flesh.
