Ensuring you enjoy a seamless insurance application experience, we have included digital payments as part of the application process. Simply let your AIA Insurance Representative know that you would like to make payment digitally and he/she will handle the rest!
After policy inception
With AIA+, you can make payments digitally on these transactions:
- Payment of regular premiums
- Ad-Hoc payments due to changes in policy (Reinstatement, addition of benefits, change of payment frequency)
- Setting up recurring payments (GIRO and Credit Card)
Payment methods supported on AIA+
- Visa (First-Year Premiums Only)
- AMEX (First-Year Premiums Only)
- Mastercard
- PayNow via "Scan and Pay"
Before you pay
If you are using PayNow, please do not make payment using AIA UEN as we will be unable to identify the policy for which the payment is intended.
To ensure your payment is applied to the correct policy, please sign in to AIA+ to generate a unique QR code. You can then scan the QR code and make payment via PayNow using your mobile banking app.
