Bronze Vitality status

How does it work

Step 1

Book your flight via Singapore Airlines mobile app or website here.

Step 2

Email the following details to  support@aiavitality.com.sg within thirty (30) working days upon completion of travel:
 
Singapore Airlines flight itinerary and receipt with your name;
 
Boarding Passes for all sectors of the journey based on itinerary;

Need to know

  • This travel benefit is applicable to AIA Vitality members with an active membership account at the point of booking and travel, and the rebate will be based on the member's Vitality status at the point of booking.
     
  • AIA Vitality members can only submit for the rebate once per membership year.
     
  • Rebate is subject to a maximum of S$400 base fare, not including taxes, fees, charges, fuel surcharges, transfer fees, travel insurance or any other incidental/administrative fees. Transfer by trains/coaches/cars is also excluded.
     
  • Only applicable for return tickets departing from Singapore and for all classes (Economy, Premium Economy, Business, First Class) booked directly via the Singapore Airlines mobile app/website.
     
  • Flight tickets purchased with any special offers and/or promotion type fares will qualify for the rebate. However, tickets redeemed using air miles, in whole or in part, will not qualify.
     
  • The name on the flight ticket, itinerary and boarding passes must match the name registered with AIA Vitality.
     
  • Rebate will be issued in Vitality coins and credited into AIA+ upon verification. The Vitality coins will have a validity of at least six (6), up to seven (7) calendar months, depending on the date it is credited.
