Ms. Lydia Loh leads the Healthcare Finance Group at the Ministry of Health in Singapore to formulate, review and implement healthcare financing policies and strategies to ensure affordability and accessibility of basic medical services for Singaporeans, and sustainability of the healthcare system over the long term. This includes government subvention to hospitals, primary care and long-term care providers, as well as subsidies, insurance, national healthcare savings and safety nets.

Prior to her role in the Ministry of Health, Ms. Loh had been in several government agencies, including the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Communications and Information.

Influenced by the changing needs of her elders, Janice was inspired to start Ageing Asia to drive and nurture opportunities and the development of innovation and solutions that address the evolving needs of the rising ageing population in the region. Having accumulated a vast experience from visiting over 500 residential and aged care homes from over 15 countries since starting her practice in 2009, Janice has been actively involved in consulting organisations seeking global best practices in housing, health and care models that can be translated for the Asian market. She has also been quoted regularly in the media, such as the BBC, on Asia Pacific business trends in ageing. Janice has also launched several industry initiatives, including, Asia's First Social Health Club for Over 50s in Singapore, a wellbeing community that offers a combination of social, health and care services, but enables members to continue living in their existing homes.

Prior to Garmin Health, he spent 11 years at Siemens in various leadership roles and holds a master's degree in information technology. Working closely with the engineers behind the Garmin Health API and SDKs, Jörn brings an in-depth understanding of wearable data insights (including HRV, beat-to-beat intervals and recovery metrics), prevention and AI data analytics for real-world digital health solutions.
