AIA Immersion Experience
We are excited to have you join us on the AIA Immersion Experience where you get to experience first-hand how we groom individuals to grow personally, professionally and financially.
The AIA Immersion Experience 2026 is a dynamic two-week programme designed to provide students with a holistic understanding of the financial services industry, while cultivating essential professional and personal development skills. Through a blend of workshops, industry panels, wellness activities, and community engagement, participants will gain valuable exposure to AIA's culture and career opportunities.
Training and networking
The programme will include structured training that offers you the opportunity to obtain professional certifications upon completion of regulatory CMFAS exams for financial advisory.
You can also get to network with top industry leaders and members of AIA's Executive Committee, whose sharing will help you gain a holistic understanding of the life insurance industry, and the role AIA plays in it.
In addition, don't miss the opportunity to experience the unique AIA culture of believing in better by participating in various projects and engaging in fun activities.
