This group plan provides the insured employee with a pre-determined sum assured. It also gives coverage for the following:

• Death due to any cause, including illness and accident.
• Total permanent disability due to sickness or accident (with the exception of self destruction) that prevents an insured member from engaging any kind of employment or occupation for the rest of his or her life.
• In the event that the insured is diagnosed with a terminal illness, as specified by the plan, a lump sum benefit will be paid.
• Dismemberment involving the loss of two or more limbs by amputation, loss of sight in both eyes due to sickness or accident (except self destruction).
• This plan covers the costs of repatriation.
• Extended death benefit.
