Terms and Conditions Governing AIA Financial Health Check Roadshow Lucky Draw

1. Eligibility

1.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 below, all individuals who have completed the AIA Financial Health Check Roadshow Lucky Draw Entry coupon during the promotion period are eligible for participation in AIA Financial Health Check Roadshow Lucky Draw ("Draw"). All qualified individuals will be given one chance each for the Draw. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

1.2 The following individuals shall not be entitled to participate in the Draw:
(a) any individual who is an employee or an agent of American International Assurance Company, Limited (“AIA”);
(b) any individual who is below 18 years of age at the commencement of the promotion period;
(c) any individual who is above 65 years of age at the commencement of the promotion period;
(d) any individual who is an existing AIA policyholder; and
(e) any individual who has participated in and provided his/her personal details at any AIA Financial Health Check Roadshow within the last 12 months prior to the commencement of the promotion period.

1.3 Notwithstanding anything herein, AIA has the absolute discretion at any time to determine or cancel the eligibility of an otherwise eligible individual and shall not be obliged to give any reason thereof.

2. Promotion Period

1 Apr 2011 – 31 May 2011, both dates inclusive.

3. Conduct of Game

3.1 The Draw will be conducted by AIA staff at 1 Robinson Road, AIA Tower, Singapore 048542, three weeks after the end of promotion period.

3.2 It is a condition precedent of the Draw that the winning individuals consent to the public disclosure of his / her name and his / her other particulars (including release of photographs) for publicity or commercial purposes. The winners must also consent to co-operate with and participate in publicity activities organised by AIA in relation to the Draw without compensation whatsoever. AIA reserves the right to disclose and publish the name and such other particulars of the winning individuals (including photographs) to any persons and in such mode and manner as AIA may in its sole discretion deem appropriate.

3.3 The results of the Draw may be published on AIA’s website and winners will be notified via post.

4. Prizes

4.1 The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any other item in part or in whole.

4.2 The prizes must be claimed within a stipulated period (no less than 2 weeks from 27 June) by the winning individual in person at such place in Singapore as may be notified by AIA. The prize shall be collected by the winning individual at his / her own risk and cost. The prizes not claimed within the said period will be forfeited without any liability on the part of AIA to the winning individual, and the prize may be donated by AIA to any charitable organisation of AIA's choice. Any winning individual whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any payment or compensation from AIA.

4.3 AIA may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace the prize with any other prize of equal or similar value selected by AIA.

4.4 If AIA subsequently discovers the winning individual is in fact not entitled to participate in the Draw, AIA may at its discretion forfeit the prize (or reclaim if awarded) and award or dispose of it in such manner and to such person or persons as AIA deems fit.

44.5 AIA reserves the right to replace winner(s) who are not contactable via email / post.

5. General

5.1 Individuals agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when they participate in this Draw.

5.2 The decision of AIA on all matters relating to or in connection with this Draw (including the eligibility of an individual, the selection of the winning individuals and the conduct of the Draw) shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. AIA shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any individual on any matter concerning this Draw.

5.3 AIA shall not be liable in any way to any individual for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Draw including any act or omission relating to the individual's participation in the Draw, howsoever caused.

5.4 AIA assumes no responsibility for incomplete or illegible lucky draw forms / coupons.

5.5 AIA may, at any time at its sole discretion, use the individual’s participation particulars for marketing purposes in present or future marketing programmes.

5.6 AIA may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions (including the conduct of the Draw and the number of winners and prizes) and may also withdraw or discontinue the Draw at any time without any notice or liability to any individual.

5.7 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

5.8 These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law.
