Policy Information Access

Thank you for insuring with AIA! As a valued AIA policyholder, your customer service experience with AIA is of our utmost concern. Therefore, we have put in place several ways that you can access your policy details hassle-free and get in touch with us should you require our assistance.

 

You can call our AIA Customer Care Hotline at 1800 248 8000 (Kindly prefix 65 if dialling from overseas) to check on policy matters, such as premium payment or policy loan enquiry.

 

You can access your policy information via AIA eCare services at www.aia.com.sg which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can apply here for your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be mailed to you.
 

You can visit our AIA Customer Service Centre located at 1 Finlayson Green #01-00. We operate from 8.45am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays)

If you have a dispute on your policy that has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach Financial Industry Dispute Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC) for assistance. FIDReC is an independent body for dispute resolution between financial institutions and consumers. They can be contacted at 6327 8878 or email info@fidrec.com.sg.
