The fund invests substantially in Luxembourg-registered AllianceBernstein - International Health Care Portfolio (Luxembourg IHCP), which intends to emphasize investments in securities of companies principally engaged in the health care and health science industries. This includes the discovery, development, production, or distribution of products and services which relate to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases or medical disorders.
