| 1.1 |
Subject to paragraph 1.2 below, all individuals who have completed an AIA 360° Campaign Lucky Draw 2006 (Roadshows) Draw form during the promotion period, are eligible for participation in the AIA 360° Campaign Lucky Draw 2006 (Roadshows) ("Draw"). Existing AIA HealthShield policyholders who upgrade to AIA HealthShield Gold plans are also eligible to participate. All new individuals will be given one chance each for the Draw. |
| 1.2 |
The following shall not be entitled to participate in the Draw:
(a) any Individual who is an employee or an agent, and his or her immediate family members, of American International Assurance Company, Limited (“AIA”);
(b) any Individual who is below 18 years of age at the commencement of the promotion period. |
| 1.3 |
Notwithstanding anything herein, AIA has the absolute discretion at any time and from time to time to determine or cancel the eligibility of an otherwise eligible Individual and shall not be obliged to give any reason thereof. |

| 2.1 |
The promotion period for the Draw shall be from 21 March 2006 to 31 December 2006 , both dates inclusive, or such other dates as AIA may in its absolute discretion determine from time to time. |

| 3.1 |
The 1st Draw will be conducted at 5 pm on 31 July 2006 at AIA Tower, 1 Robinson Road, Singapore 048542.
The 2nd Draw will be conducted at 5 pm on 2 October 2006 at AIA Tower, 1 Robinson Road, Singapore 048542.
The Grand Draw will be conducted at 5 pm on 3 January 2007 at AIA Tower, 1 Robinson Road, Singapore 048542. |
| 3.2 |
All lucky draw entries from the first two draws are also eligible for the Grand Lucky Draw. This includes winners from the first two draws. Participants who do not win a prize in the 1st Lucky Draw will have their entries automatically rolled over for a chance in the 2nd Lucky Draw and subsequently the Grand Draw as well. |
| 3.3 |
It is a condition precedent of the Draw that the winning Individual consents to the public disclosure of his/her name and his/her other particulars (including release of photographs) for publicity or commercial purposes. The winner also consents to co-operate with and participate in publicity activities organized by AIA in relation to the Draw without compensation whatsoever. AIA reserves the right to disclose and publish the name and such other particulars of the winning Individuals (including photographs) to any persons and in such mode and manner as AIA may in its sole discretion deem appropriate. |
| 3.4 |
The winners will be notified by AIA. |

| 4.1 |
The prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable nor refundable for cash, credit or any other item in part or in whole. |
| 4.2 |
The prizes must be claimed within 3 months from the date of Draw by the winning Individual in person at such place in Singapore as may be notified by AIA. The winning individual must produce his/her NRIC or passport for verification during the claiming of prizes. The prize shall be collected by the winning Individual at his/her own risk and cost. The prizes not claimed within the said period will be forfeited without any liability on the part of AIA to the winning Individual, and the prize may be donated by AIA to any charitable organization of AIA's choice. Any winning Individual whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any payment or compensation from AIA. |
| 4.3 |
AIA may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace the prize with any other prize of equal or similar value selected by AIA. |
| 4.4 |
If AIA subsequently discovers the winning Individual is in fact not entitled to participate in the Draw, AIA may at its discretion forfeit the prize (or reclaimed if awarded) and award or dispose of it in such manner and to such person or persons as AIA deems fit. |

| 5.1 |
Individuals agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when they participate in this Draw. |
| 5.2 |
The decision of AIA on all matters relating to or in connection with this Draw (including the eligibility of a Individual, the selection of the winning Individuals and the conduct of the Draw shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. AIA shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any Individual on any matter concerning this Draw. |
| 5.3 |
AIA shall not be liable in any way to any Individual for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Draw including any act or omission relating to the Individual's participation in the Draw, howsoever caused. |
| 5.4 |
AIA may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions (including the conduct of the Draw and the number of winners and prizes) and may also withdraw or discontinue the Draw at any time without any notice or liability to any Individual. |
| 5.5 |
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail. |
| 5.6 |
These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law. |
